Guide for Presenters
Abstract submissions are closed, but you can edit your submission here:
If you already submitted an abstract and need to make changes you can edit it using the link above and logging into the COMS abstract management platform.
E-mail us at icsc2026@utk.edu if you have any questions regarding submissions.
Podium Presenter Guidelines
Podium presentations will take part in two parallel sessions with each session hosting four presenters.
Presenters will have a time limit of 15 minutes with about three minutes of questions per presentation.
Poster Guidelines
Posters will be in Portrait orientation in 48" x 36" size. Please find a PowerPoint template here you can edit (feel free to customize to your taste, but keep the 48" x 36" portrait oriented size):
We will offer free poster printing at the University of Tennessee. You will be required to submit your poster several days in advance (more details here later).
Call for Special Issue Papers
If your abstract was accepted for presentation, you have the opportunity to submit a full paper for consideration in one of two special issues. Submissions are now open so you do not have to wait for the conference to submit a full paper. In both cases read the scope of the journal to identify the best target. The deadline for submission is February 1, 2027, but reviews will begin immediately. In both cases be sure to specify in the submission form that you are submitting for the special issue devoted to the conference.
The Journal of Cycling and Micromobility Research is an open access only journal. Authors are responsible for Article Publishing Charges.
The Journal of Transportation Safety and Security has open access and subscription-based models.
